Pricing
Priced by call volume. Verification is free.
Three tiers. Each includes a monthly volume of certified calls, a larger volume of drafts and a volume of clerk turns. Checking a certificate costs nothing on any tier, and needs no tier at all.

What is counted
| Item | What it is | How it counts |
|---|---|---|
| Certified call | One document or data question, read, checked and returned as a signed certificate. | One call against the month's included volume. A call that is refused is not counted. |
| Draft | The same reading and checking as a certified call, returned unsigned and watermarked. For working on a document before the instrument is needed. | 5 drafts are included for every included certified call. |
| Clerk turn | One turn of the clerk: a request in plain words, answered with a proposal a person may click. The engine behind it is one you bring. | 20 clerk turns are included for every included certified call. The clerk has its own count and does not spend drafts. A certified call the clerk proposes counts as a certified call when a person sends it. |
| Verification | Checking a certificate's signature with the Factum Verifier, offline. | Not counted. No account, no key from us beyond the public one, no call to Factum. |
| Retention | Zero by default: an unconfigured tenant's certify call keeps nothing. A certificate archive is a storage add-on. | By the size of the archive, when one is bought. |
When the volume is spent
The month is a calendar month in UTC. When a tier's included volume is spent, the next call is refused by name. The refusal carries the tier, the count used, the limit and the instant the period resets, as fields a program can read.
Nothing is charged automatically past the included volume. A larger volume is a change of tier.
How to get the figures
Access is provisioned, never anonymous, and there is no open free tier. The prices for Solo and Team are stated when access is requested, under the words introductory pricing. Enterprise terms are set by agreement.
